GC测定藿胆丸中百秋李醇的方法学考察

Analysis of Patchouli Alcohol Determination in Huodan Pill by GC

目的:考察藿胆丸中百秋李醇的提取及含量测定方法。方法:以百秋李醇含量为指标,单因素考察提取溶剂与提取方法,再以溶剂体积、提取时间、提取温度为考察因素进行L_9(3~4)正交试验,用气相色谱法测定百秋李醇含量。结果:藿胆丸中百秋李醇的提取方法为石油醚体积:150 mL,水浴温度:85℃,提取时间:45 min;气相色谱法测定百秋李醇含量,在0.235～3.52 mg·mL^(-1)范围内呈现良好的线性关系。结论:该提取方法和含量测定方法稳定,可靠,操作简单,可用于测定藿胆丸中的百秋李醇的含量。

Objective: To analysis the extraction method and Determination method of patchouli alcohol in huodan pill. Methods: Chose the patchouli alcohol content as index, observed and acquired the solvent and extract method by single factor analysis, then selected the volume of solvent, the extracting time and the extraction temperature as test factors by L^9(3^4) orthogonal test, gas chromatography was used to assay the content of patchouli alcohol in the extract. Result: The extract technology was: volume of Petroleum ether was 150 mL, water-bath temperature was 85 ℃, extraction time was 45 min. Conclusion: The extraction method and assay method is stable, reliable and simplicity. It can be used as the extraction method of patchouli alcohol in huodan pill.
