摘要
某公司MTBE装置甲醇回收系统存在较严重的腐蚀,本文结合装置实际生产情况,分析了造成腐蚀的原因,即催化剂上的磺酸基团脱落,并在甲醇回收系统在遇水形成了酸性电解质溶液,使设备发生了腐蚀。从腐蚀机理入手,提出了控制原料中水含量、控制反应温度、监测萃取水pH值、升级设备材质等减轻腐蚀、保证长周期运行的措施。
The methanol recovery system of the MTBE equipment of a company has a serious corrosion. We analyzed the reason of the corrosion based on the actual production of the equipment. The sulfonic acid groups decomposed from the catalyst, and combined with water in the methanol recovery system, forming an acidic electrolyte solution which caused the corrosion of the equipment. We put forward some measures, such as, controlling the content of water in raw materials, controlling the reaction temperature, monitoring the PH value of extracted water, upgrading the material of equipment and so on to reduce the corrosion and ensure the long-term operation of the equipment.
