金丝小枣及其枝、叶中总三萜的含量测定 被引量:2

摘要 通过香草醛-冰醋酸-高氯酸显色法对金丝小枣及其枝、叶中的总三萜含量进行测定。结果表明,金丝小枣及其枝、叶中总三萜的含量分别为0.867 5 mg·g^(-1)、1.345 1 mg·g^(-1)、2.003 9 mg·g^(-1),枝和叶中总三萜含量都高于果实。在0.016~0.112 mg测定范围,线性关系良好,回归方程为Y=6.0714X-0.04,r=0.9995,平均加标回收率为102.4%,RSD为3.78%(n=5)。该实验方法简便快捷,结果准确可靠,可为枣的综合开发利用提供实验依据。 The content of total triterpenes in golden silk jujube and its branches and leaves was determined by vanillin-glacial acetic acid-perchloric acid colorimetric method. The results showed that the content of total triterpenes in golden silk jujube and its branches and leaves were 0.867 5 mg·g-1, 1.345 1 mg·g-1 and 2.0039 mg·g-1, respectively. The content of total triterpenoid in its branches and leaves was higher than its fruits. In the range of 0.016~0.112 mg, the linear relationship was better, and the regression equation was Y=6.071 X-0.04, r=0.9995. The average recovery was 102.4% and RSD was 3.78 %(n=5);The experimental method is simple, quick. The result is accurate and reliable. It can provide experimental basis for the development and utilization of Ziziphus Jujuba Mill L.
