摘要
液体对固体表面的润湿作用在多个科学与技术领域具有重要影响,例如多相催化、热交换效率和仿生材料等。为了使学生对润湿现象有一个全面的认识,在教学内容改革实践中,我们透过对润湿理论模型发展过程的分析,阐明固体表面的化学成分和结构以及润湿环境对润湿作用的影响,讨论固体表面的憎水性和亲水性的再定义,简明介绍了润湿理论在现代科学研究中的应用。目的在于加强物理化学基础理论与科学前沿的联系,促进教学内容的更新,开阔知识视野,激发学生的创新兴趣。
The wettability of liquid on the solid surface is of great importance in many fields of science and technology, such as, heterogeneous catalysis, heat exchange efficiency and biomimetic materials design. To improve the understanding of wetting phenomenon, we explain the effect of chemical composition and structure of solid surface, as well as the wetting environment on the wetting process by analyzing the developing process of wetting theory model. The redefinition of hydrophobicity and hydrophilicity of solid surface is discussed, and the application of wetting theory in modern scientific research is briefly introduced. The aim is to strengthen the relationship between the basic theory of physical chemistry and the frontier of science, to promote the renewal of contents of course, broaden the knowledge horizon as well as stimulate the innovation interest of students.
