可粘贴式定位技术在乳腺癌假体扩张器注射中应用的效果评价

目的评价可粘贴式定位技术在乳腺癌假体扩张器注射中应用的效果。方法选取我院收治的乳腺癌整形重建患者100例作为研究对象,并按照术后放置假体扩张器随机分成实验组(以可粘贴式定位技术应用于假体扩张器注射)和对照组(常规注射),每组50例;观察两组间的脱针率、疼痛程度、操作时间、焦虑状态、职业暴露和患者满意度。结果可粘贴式定位技术在乳腺癌假体扩张器注射中脱针率和对照组相比明显降低(P<0.01)、疼痛程度减轻(P<0.01)、操作时间明显缩短(P<0.001),焦虑程度减轻(P<0.01),患者满意度提高(P<0.05)。结论可粘贴式定位技术启用于乳腺癌假体扩张器注射中,可降低乳腺癌扩张器植入注射操作脱针发生率,缩短医生对假体注射的时间,减轻患者焦虑及疼痛症状,减少医护人员职业暴露风险,提高患者满意度。

Objective To evaluate the application of stickable localization technique in the injection of breast reconstruction expander.Methods A total of 100 breast cancer patients with plastic reconstruction were randomly divided into two groups according to the placement of breast reconstruction expander after operation:the experimental group(injected with pasting technique) and the control group(injected with routine injection),with fifty cases in each group.The needle release rate,pain degree,operating time,anxiety state,occupational exposure and patient satisfaction were observed between the two groups.Results Which was compared with the control group,the rate of needle release,the degree of pain and the operation time were significantly reduced(P<0.001).The degree of anxiety was decreased(P<0.01),and the patients’ satisfaction was improved(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of improving the working efficiency of medical workers and reducing the exposure risk of medical staff,the suffering of patients is greatly reduced by the application of stickable positioning technology and the beauty of patients is also rebuilt by it.
