摘要
目的研究七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液治疗视觉疲劳的临床疗效。方法由第三方将外观相同、随机分装生理盐水和七叶洋地黄滴眼液各40瓶,两两配对装入药盒;患者用两瓶编号药水固定眼别滴眼,评估记录患者用药前、用药7天、用药28天后眼部症状、体征及调节力。实验结束后由第三方公布编码药瓶成分记录单,结果进行统计学分析,对比疗效。结果一个疗程结束,40例(80眼)中,七叶洋地黄滴眼液组显效34例(85%),有效5例(12.5%),无效1例(2.5%),总有效率97.5%,调节力增加,差异有显著性(P<0.05),视觉疲劳症状改善;生理盐水组,显效0例,有效3例(7.5%),无效37例(92.5%),总有效率7.5%,调节力无明显改变(P>0.05),视觉疲劳无明显改善。结论七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液对视觉疲劳的症状和体征有显著疗效。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of esculin and digitalis glycosides eye drops in the treatment of asthenopia.Methods The third party randomly filled 40 bottles of normal saline and 40 bottles of esculin and digitalis glycosides eye drops with the same appearance,the two were paired into one medicine box,and the patients used two bottles of eye drops in the same medicine box onto fixed eyes.The ocular symptoms,signs and accommodation were evaluated and recorded before administration,at 7 days and 28 days after administration.At the end of the experiment,the third party published the ingredient record sheet of the coded medicine bottle,statistical analysis of data was performed to compare efficacy.Results At the end of a course of treatment,of the 40 cases(80 eyes),34 cases(85%) were markedly effective,5 cases(12.5%) were effective and 1 case(2.5%) was ineffective,the total effective rate reached 97.5% with significant difference in the treatment group(P<0.05),and the asthenoia symptoms were significantly improved.There were no significant effects in the saline group.Three cases were effective(7.5%),37 cases were ineffective(92.5%),the total effective rate was 7.5%,there was no significant change in accommodation force(P>0.05),and there was no improvement in asthenoia.Conclusion The esculin and digitalis glycosides eye drops have remarkable curative effects on the symptoms and signs of asthenoia.
