青春期异常子宫出血合并贫血相关指标分析

Analysis of related indexes of abnormal uterine bleeding with anemia in adolescence

目的比较黑龙江省地区青春期异常子宫出血合并缺铁性贫血患者口服避孕药达英-35和铁剂力蜚能的治疗效果。方法以黑龙江省436例青春期异常子宫出血患者为研究组(其中合并缺铁性贫血者222例,非贫血者214例),以同期接诊的87例缺铁性贫血的非异常子宫出血的青春期患者为对照组。对所有入组患者进行相关临床指标检测,应用达英-35或达英-35+补铁(食补或力蜚能)对患者进行治疗,对比治疗前后相应临床指标变化。结果 (1)达英-35+力蜚能与单纯达英-35止血的效果比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05);但前者血清铁蛋白恢复时间短,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);(2)达英-35+力蜚能与食补对症对于止血的效果比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05),前者血红蛋白恢复时间短,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论达英-35+力蜚能恢复血清铁蛋白(SF)及血红蛋白(Hb)效果更好;达英-35+力蜚能和达英-35+食补是SF恢复时间的保护因素,使用这两种治疗方法的SF恢复时间更短。

Objective To compare the therapeutic effects of patients with abnormal uterine bleeding combined with iron deficiency anemia in Heilongjiang province who treated with oral contraceptive Diane-35 and iron reagents Niferex. Methods Four hundred and thirty-six cases of abnormal uterine bleeding during puberty in Heilongjiang province were studied( 222 cases of iron deficiency anemia,214 cases of non-anemia),and 87 cases of unabnormal uterine bleeding of iron deficiency anemia were treated at the same time as the control group. The clinical indexes of all the patients were tested. The patients were treated with Diane-35 or Diane-35+ iron supplementation( dietetic invigoration or Niferex). The changes of clinical indexes before and after treatment were compared. Results(1) There was no significant difference in hemostatic effect between Diane-35 + Niferex and simple Diane-35,but the recovery time of SF in the former was shorter and the difference was statistically significant;(2)There was no significant difference in hemostatic effect between Diane-35 + Niferex and diet tonic. The hemoglobin recovery time of the former was shorter and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion(1)The recovery of SF and Hb is better with Diane-35 + Niferex;(2)The protective factors of SF recovery time are Diane-35 + Niferex and Diane-35 + dietetic invigoration. The recovery time of SF with these two treatments is much shorter.
