摘要
100多年来,腰椎融合术在治疗腰椎退行性疾病起到了重要的作用,但大量的临床研究表明,融合术也带来严重的并发症,如融合节段活动度的丧失、相邻节段退变加剧等。近年来,非融合手术作为融合术的替代治疗得到了快速发展。而Dynesys动态稳定系统作为动态固定系统的一种,既能有效的改善临床症状,也能保留腰椎单元的活动度,还在大多数临床研究中表现出了预防或延缓邻近节段退变方面的优势。现如今,Dynesys技术被认为是治疗腰椎退行性疾病的另一种有效的治疗方式。本文就其最新研究进展作一综述。
Lumbar fusion as an important and effective mean for treating degenerative diseases is widely used in clinical practice for almost a century. However, a large number of clinical studies showed that lumbar fusion also brought some complications, such as fused segment motion loss and acceleration of the adjacent segment degeneration. In recent years, the lumbar nonfusion has been rapidly developed as an alternative treatment of fusion surgery. As a dynamic stabilization, Dynesys system not only improves clinical symptoms of patients, but also preserves the spinal unit motion. Moreover, it has been proved to reduce,even prevent adjacent segment degeneration by the most of clinical studies. Nowadays, Dynesys system is considered as an effective alternative for treating the lumbar degenerative diseases. This review summarized recent research progress on Dynesys sytem.
