摘要 为了研究光纤信道对外部光注入锁定下半导体激光器混沌通信系统中发射和接收激光器的混沌同步特性的影响,基于自旋反转理论模型获得了外部光注入垂直腔面发射激光器(VCSEL)的混沌信号输出,分析了色散和非线性效应对光波信号在光纤信道中传输的影响。数值仿真结果表明:两个垂直腔面发射激光器采用主从式光注入实现模式锁定状态,可以极大降低频率啁啾和时域啁啾,使得光纤信道对信号传输的影响大大减少,激光混沌信号在标准单模光纤中实现超过60 km的无补偿传输。 In order to study the influence of the fiber channel on the chaotic synchronization characteristics of the transmitting and receiving lasers in the chaotic communication system of semiconductor lasers under external light injection locking,the chaotic signals of the external light injection vertical cavity surface emitting lasers( VCSEL) were obtained based on the spin inversion theoretical model. The influence of dispersion and nonlinear on the transmission of optical signals in fiber channels were analyzed. The numerical simulation results show that the frequency chirp and time-resolved chirp are reduced in magnitude when using a VCSEL laser as master and another VCSEL as slave,the influence of optical fiber channel on signal transmission is greatly reduced,and that the laser chaotic signal has no compensation transmission over 60 Km in standard single mode optical fiber(SSMF).
