摘要
目前车间级的物流系统调度问题主要通过信息采集和现场监控解决,并没有通过优化算法进行实际分析。文章主要研究大型船舶平面分段智能车间的工件和物流设备的调度问题,首先将平面分段中的不同工位进行重组,同时将天车和卡车进行并行处理;其次,引入有阻塞的混合流水线车间调度模型,搭建大型船舶平面分段智能车间物流系统的数学模型;最后,基于粒子群优化算法(PSO),计算部件加工时间最短的数值仿真。
Currently job-shop scheduling system is now mainly solved by information collection and fieM monitoring,with no practical analysis carried out by optimization algorithm.The paper mainly studies the scheduling problem of workpiece and logistics equipment in large ship flat section intelligent workshop.Firstly, the different positions in the flat section are reorganized,and the crane and truck are processed in parallel. Secondly,a blocking hybrid pipeline shop scheduling model is introduced to build the mathematical model of the large-scale ship flat section intelligent workshop logistics system.Finally,based on the particle swarm optimization algorithm (PSO),the numerical simulation of the shortest machining time of the parts is calculated.
