摘要
地球自转引起白昼和黑夜。在进化过程中,高等动物形成了与外界环境合拍的24h生物节律,即觉醒睡眠生物节律。觉醒时机体能有效对外界环境感知,确保学习记忆、决策、运动等各项功能的进行;睡眠时机体对周围环境知觉和反应可逆性减弱。
Wakefulness and sleep are an important biological rhythm that exists in almost all animals,and play a crucial role in maintenance of organism function.Basic researches of wakefulness and sleep mainly focus on the mechanisms and functions of wakefulness and sleep.This paper reviews the representative progress in these 2 aspects in 2018,and looks forward to the future research.
