Research on intelligent distributed feeder automation system for urban distribution network

摘要 城市配电网智能分布式馈线自动化系统的研究,在电力系统中的意义重大。为解决其系统准确性和快速性差的问题,提出基于故障检测法的系统研究。构建一个配电网的分布式馈线电路,对配电网运行开关发生故障时产生的电流进行自动化研究,可以实现线路故障定位与隔离一体化;建立对应的数学模型,计算配电网恢复供电的负荷容量和线路损伤的目标函数,分析配电网的最佳恢复路径,由于不同配网联络点的馈线负荷能力不同,在线路发生故障并进行隔离后,需要选取最优的恢复路径,最终实现系统的研究。实验结果得到,提出方法的系统具有较好的性能,可以通过365. 98 A的电流,在对配电网故障隔离时间和供电恢复平均时间测试时,隔离时间小于120 s,供电恢复时间小于800 s,验证了系统的准确性和快速性。 The research of distributed feeder automation systems is important in power systems. In order to solve the problem of poor system accuracy and rapidity,a systematic research based on fault detection method is proposed.Constructing a distributed feeder circuit of the distribution network to automate the research on the current generated when the distribution network operation switch fails,and realize the integration of line fault location and isolation,and establishing a corresponding mathematical model to calculate the power supply recovery of the distribution network. The objective function of load capacity and line damage is used to analyze the optimal recovery path of the distribution network. Because the feeder load capacity of different distribution network contact points is different,after the line fails and isolation,it is necessary to select the optimal recovery path to finish the research. The experimental results show that the proposed method has better performance and can pass the current of 365. 98 A. When the fault isolation time of the distribution network and the average time of power restoration are tested,the isolation time is less than 120 s and the power recovery time is less than 800 s. The accuracy and speed of the system are verified.
