摘要
硫是煤中主要的有害元素,文中采用高能脉冲激光技术对煤中的S元素进行检测研究,该项技术具有多元素同时分析、无需接触样品、无辐射等显著优势。文中利用一套高能脉冲激光煤质全元素检测设备检测到了S元素的921. 29 nm的一级离子谱线,并将其作为特征分析谱线建立一元定标模型,研究了对分析谱线的不同处理方法。结果表明,对于S含量分布差异大的样品,应采用分段的方式分别进行分析,对万州电厂常用的神华煤样分析,结果准确度为0. 07%。
Sulfur is the main harmful element in coal. In this paper,high energy pulsed laser technology is used to detect and study S in coal. This technology has many advantages,such as simultaneous analysis of multiple elements,no contact with samples and no radiation. In this paper,the 921. 29 nm primary ion spectrum of S is detected by using a high energy pulsed laser coal element detection equipment. We use the 921. 29 nm spectrum as a characteristic analysis line of S to built one dimensional calibration model and research different treatment methods of the spectrum. The results show that the samples with a large of different S content should be segmented and analyzed separately. The analysis accuracy of Shenhua coal samples used in Wanzhou power plant is 0. 07%.
