电路板异形件自动插件系统自动化生产线机械设计及关键技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对现有的电路板自动插件系统难以满足异形件插件的问题,完成了电路板异形件自动插件系统的机械设计及关键技术的研究。该系统使用PLC对其进行控制,通过三相传动电机以及双列传送带实现了物料自动传送,由蝶形载料架托举,由多种传感器保证异形件电路板的准确定位,并利用电路板夹取装置对其固定。然后,利用自动插件机构实现电子元件针脚的自动插件、歪曲固定和校正。最后,由六轴机械臂完成电路板的夹取、检测及组装。该设备的设计与开发,实现了电路板异形件的自动插件功能,满足了企业的生产需求,且进一步提高了企业的生产效率。 In this paper,in view of the problem that the existing PCB automatic plug-in system is difficult to meet the special-shaped part plug-in,the mechanical design and key technology of the automatic plug-in system of the circuit board are completed. The system uses PLC to control it. Through the three-phase transmission motor and the double column conveyor,the material is automatically transmitted by the butterfly carrier carrier,and the accurate positioning of the circuit board is ensured by a variety of sensors,and the circuit board clamping device is used to fix it. Then,the automatic plug-in mechanism is used to realize automatic plug-in,distortion,fixing and correction of electronic component pins. Finally,the six axis manipulator is used to clamp,detect and assemble the circuit board. The design and development of the equipment have realized the automatic plug-in function of the heteromorphic parts of the circuit board,meet the production demand of the enterprise,and further improve the production efficiency of the enterprise.
