摘要 针对非接触式费控卡表交互故障诊断需求,本文设计一种费控卡表交互数据获取设备。设备可在智能电表和购电卡交互状态下,监听、存储交互数据并分析提取交互信息;在非交互状态下,可模拟智能电表和购电卡其中一方向另一方发起通信。设备包括硬件和软件两部分,其中硬件部分由便携式机箱、嵌入式控制器和自主设计的数据采集处理硬件组成,采集处理硬件包括专用模拟电路、ARM、FPGA等,可实现交互磁信号和电信号的相互转换、电信号预处理、模数转换、数模转换、混频等功能;软件运行在控制器上,实现信息处理、提取、时频分析等功能。 To help diagnose communication faults of contactless smart meter and purchase card,a data acquisition device is implemented in this paper. This device can monitor and save signal during communication duration between smart meter and card,and analysis it. In addition,this device can communicate with smart meter or card as one when another one is not available. This device consists of hardware and software. And the hardware consists of PXIe chassis,PXIe controller and dedicated card which consists of preprocessing analog circuits,ARM,FPGA and so on. The dedicated card is designed to convert between magnetic signal and electric signal,preprocess electric signal,convert between analog signal and digital signal,mix frequency and so on. The software runs on the PXI controller and analyzes the signal in time domain and frequency domain to help diagnose faults.
