电网企业可视化运营风险自动监测分析 被引量:1

Automatic monitoring and analysis of visual operation risk for power grid enterprises

摘要 电网企业的运营风险监测是电网企业运营管理的重要内容,包括资金管理风险、输电安全风险、电网故障监测风险等。传统运营风险自动监测方法准确性较低,为此进行电网企业可视化运营风险自动监测,确保电网企业运营的安全性和稳定性,提出一种基于多元信息融合和模糊决策的电网企业可视化运营风险自动监测模型。构建电网企业可视化运营风险的模糊评价数据集,采用大数据挖掘和信息聚类方法进行电网企业可视化运营风险数据的重整和集成信息分析,挖掘反映电网企业运行风险的特征量,构建模糊决策函数进行电网企业可视化运营风险的自动判断和博弈控制,构建电网企业运行风险的可视化图谱分析模型,实现电网企业运行风险的可视化监测和模糊决策判断。仿真结果表明,采用该方法进行电网企业运行风险监测的可视化分析能力较好,对风险预估及判断的准确性和可靠性较高。 The operation risk monitoring of power grid enterprises is an important part of the operation management of power grid enterprises,including fund management risk,transmission security risk,power grid fault monitoring risk and so on. The accuracy of the traditional automatic operation risk monitoring method is low,so the visual operation risk automatic monitoring is carried out to ensure the security and stability of the power grid enterprise operation. A visual operation risk automatic monitoring model for power grid enterprises based on multiple information fusion and fuzzy decision is presented. The fuzzy evaluation data set of visual operation risk of power grid enterprise is constructed. Big data mining and information clustering method are used to reorganize and integrate visual operation risk data of power grid enterprise. Mining the characteristic quantity reflecting the running risk of power grid enterprise,constructing fuzzy decision function to automatically judge and game control the visual operation risk of power grid enterprise,and constructing the visual graph analysis model of the operation risk of power grid enterprise are used to realize visual monitoring and fuzzy decision judgment of operation risk of power grid enterprises. The simulation results show that the method has good visual analysis ability and high accuracy and reliability for risk estimation and judgment.
