摘要 以冰菜为试验材料,在植物工厂及水培条件下,设置了红光、蓝光、红光∶蓝光=4∶1,红光∶蓝光∶绿光=4∶1∶1,红光∶蓝光∶紫外光(UV-B)=20∶5∶1,红光∶蓝光=8∶1、白光对照,测定分析了冰菜在不同光质处理下的生长势、生长量及蔬菜品质的变化,以期为冰菜的规模种植提供科学依据和技术指导。结果表明∶从冰菜的生长势和鲜质量结果看,红光∶蓝光=8∶1和红光∶蓝光∶UV-B=20∶5∶1的长势最好,生长速度最快,生长量最大,鲜质量及地上部鲜质量最大;从冰菜品质看,维生素C、可溶性蛋白质及可溶性糖均是红光∶蓝光∶UV-B=20∶5∶1光质处理的含量最高,优于其它光质处理。综合考虑冰菜的营养品质和生长量,红光∶蓝光∶UV-B=20∶5∶1是最适合的光质配比,少量紫外光UV-B(红光∶蓝光∶UV-B=20∶5∶1)的加入更有利于冰菜品质的提高,此结果对于生产上冰菜的高品质种植具有重要的参考意义。 To study the effect of LED light quality on vegetative growth and nutritional quality of ice plant,seven light qualities were set up under plant factory and hydroponic conditions,which were red,blue,red∶blue=4∶1,red∶blue∶green=4∶1∶1,red∶blue∶ultraviolet light(UV-B)=20∶5∶1,red∶blue=8∶1,and with white light as control.The different of growth trend,growth quantity and nutritional quality of ice plant under different light treatments were measured and analyzed.In order to provide the scientific basis and technical guidance for the scale planting of ice plant.The results showed that from the growth curve and fresh weight of ice plant,both red∶blue=8∶1and red∶blue∶UV-B=20∶5∶1light quality had the best growth trend,the fastest growth speed,the largest growth volume,the largest fresh weight and the over ground part.While according to the nutritional quality of ice plant,all three components vitamin C,soluble protein and soluble sugar content were the highest in red∶blue∶UV-B=20∶5∶1light quality treatment,which were superior to other light treatments.Taking into account the nutritional quality and growth amount of ice plant,red∶blue∶UV-B=20∶5∶1was the most suitable ratio of light quality.A small amount of ultraviolet UV-B(red∶blue∶UV-B=20∶5∶1)was more conducive to the improvement of ice plant quality.
