不同产地桦褐孔菌无机元素的ICP-MS分析 被引量:3

ICP-MS Analytical of Inorganic Elements in Different Areas of Inonotus obliquus

摘要 以不同产地桦褐孔菌为试材,研究采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)分析方法,对桦褐孔菌中无机元素进行测定,并对数据进行相关性及主成分分析,以期为桦褐孔菌药材的质量控制及安全性评价提供依据。结果表明:检测的桦褐孔菌药材中21种元素,元素之间有一定的相关性,Fe、Mg、Ca的含量亦较高,多数样本重金属及有害元素的含量符合要求;主成分分析选出4个主因子,得出Fe、Al、Ca、Mg、Co、Mn、Ti、Sb和Be是桦褐孔菌的特征无机元素。 Inonotus obliquus was taken as test material,to determine inorganic elements between different origin of Inonotus obliquus by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).The date of correlations,principal components and cluster were analyzed with the SPSS 16.0software.In order to provide evidence for the quality control and safety evaluation of the Inonotus obliquus.The results showed that 21 inorganic elements were determined in Inonotus obliquus.And there were some correlations among the inorganic elements in different origin of Inonotus obliquus.The contents of Fe,Mg,Ca were abundant.In most of samples,the content heavy metals and harmful elements were up to the requirement.Four principal components were extracted from the original data.The principal component analysis results showed that Fe,Al,Ca,Mg,Co,Mn,Ti,Sb,Be may be the characteristic elements in Inonotus obliquus.
