摘要
羊肚菌作为一种珍稀食(药)用菌,具有重要的经济和科研价值。现对我国的羊肚菌产业现状和市场行情进行了阐述,并对今后的发展提出了合理的建议,以期为羊肚菌的产业发展提供参考。
Morels is one group of the most prized edible and medicinal fungi,has important economic and scientific value.The current situation and market condition of China′s morchella industry are expounded in this study and some reasonable advice of future development are given,so as to provide reference for the development of morchella industry.
