低油价下低渗透油藏开发方案优化及实践

Optimization and practice of low-permeability reservoirs development program under low oil price

面对当前国际油价长期低迷、全球石油企业利润普遍下滑、经营困难的现状,长庆油田油藏具有“三低”特点,油井必须经过压裂改造,开发成本较高,在当前低油价形势下,油田开发效益越来越差。本文论述了新形势下长庆油田所采取的两种降本增效对策:效益排队、井网优化、地质工程一体化等技术创新和过程前、过程中、实施后精细过程管理。油田开发实践表明,此举在一定程度上激发了油田开发活力,达到了降本增效的目的。

Facing the present situation of long-term downturn in international oil prices,and general declining of profits and difficult operation of the global oil companies,oil wells of the "three low"reservoirs in Changqing Oilfield must be stimulated by fracturing and other transformation,with the high cost of development.Under the current low oil price situation,the development benefits of oilfields are getting worse and worse.The article introduces two kinds of countermeasures for cost reduction and efficiency increasing adopted by Changqing Oilfield under the new situation:technical innovation such as queuing according to their benefits, well pattern optimization and geological engineering integration,and fine process management before or during the process and after the implementation.The practice of oilfield development shows that these moves have stimulated the vitality of oilfield development to a certain extent,and achieved the goal of reducing costs and increasing efficiency.
