摘要
对注水泵零部件失效原因进行了分析,概述了激光表面强化原理,制备了合金粉末材料,采用激光熔覆技术、表面修复工艺和合金材料,修复了注水泵的柱塞、中间杆和阀组等配件,对修复配件进行了硬度和拉伸强度对比试验评价。结果表明,修复后的配件各项性能指标与原件相当。现场应用表明:再制造修复后的往复泵配件较新品寿命延长1.5倍以上,价格只有新品的50%左右,维修费用大幅下降,为油田节省了大量生产运行成本,也为油田降低注水泵故障率、延长配件使用寿命提供了很好的技术途径。
This paper analyzes the reasons for the failure of the water injection pump components,outlines the laser surface strengthening principle,and prepares the alloy powder material.Using laser cladding technology,surface repair process and alloy material,the plunger,intermediate rod and valve block of the water injection pump are repaired.Hardness and tensile strength comparison tests and evaluations were performed on the repaired parts.The results show that the performance indexes of the repaired parts are equivalent to the original ones.Field application shows that the remanufactured reciprocating pump accessories are more than 1.5 times longer than the new ones,and the price is only about 50% of the new products.It can be seen that the maintenance cost is greatly reduced,which saves a lot of production and operation costs for the oilfield,and also provides a good technical way for the oilfield to reduce the failure rate of the water injection pump and extend the service life of the accessories.
