摘要
长庆油田油井单井产液量低,调小参数仍然存在“空抽”现象,造成无功损耗大、抽油设备磨损大、油井检泵周期短。针对此问题,采用供采平衡原理,创新建立了间抽选井和工作制度优化图版,确定了油井间抽选井方法和合理的间抽工作制度,同时将产液损失量控制在5%以内。2017年开展了1248口井的间开现场试验,平均日产液基本保持稳定,生产时间由21h降至12h,泵效由21.2%提高至33%,系统效率由15.4%提升至18.8%,单井能耗下降52%,满足了现场应用需要。
In Changqing Oilfield,due to the low liquid production volume of individual wells,there was still a phenomenon of "empty pumping"when the parameters were adjusted smaller,resulting in large reactive power loss,severe wear of pumping equipment,and short pumping detection period of oil wells.In response to such problems,the principle of supply and balance was applied.The well selection and working system optimization plates for intermittent pumping were innovatively established,and the well selection method for intermittent pumping and the reasonable intermittent pumping system were determined.The loss of liquid production is controlled within 5%.The field test of intermittent pumping was carried out on 1,248 wells in 2017.The average daily production liquid keeps basically stable.The production time was reduced from 21h to 12h.The pump efficiency was increased from 21.2%to 33%,and the system efficiency was increased from 15.4%to 18.8%.Individual well energy consumption decreased by 52%.It has met the needs of field applications.
