摘要
油气田企业作为国家资源型战略性国有企业,既受到全球油气市场价格的影响以及日益严峻的外部安全环保形势的考验,又承受着企业生产建设成本提高、经营效益下滑的内部压力。要深入推进国有企业改革,实现企业提质增效,以油气由企业科级管理人才为抓手提升企业管理水平是关键一环。因此,从C理论哲学管理视角,讨论了油气田企业科级管理人才建立中观哲学思维能力和超协调性思想的内在要求,指出其实现途径,说明人才建设对油气田企业发展的重要作用。
As national resource-based strategic state-owned enterprises,oil and gas field enterprises are not only affected by the global oil and gas market price and the increasingly severe external safety and environmental protection situation,but also under the internal pressure of rising production and construction costs and declining operating efficiency.It is a key link to improve the management level of enterprises by taking the section-level managerial personnel of oil and gas field enterprises as the starting point, in order to deepen the reform of state-owned enterprises and realize the improvement of the quality and efficiency of enterprises. Therefore,from the perspective of C-theory philosophy management,this paper discusses the intrinsic requirement of establishing meso-view philosophical thinking ability and super-coordination thought for the section-level managerial personnel of oil and gas field enterprises,points out the way to realize it,and illustrates the important role of talent construction in the development of oil and gas field enterprises.
