基于高边坡开挖面质量实时控制方法及应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 地质条件、开挖工艺等因素对高边坡开挖面的影响较为显著,极易造成超欠挖、半孔率、平整度等边坡开挖面质量与设计要求存在较大的偏差,并且不利于后续施工的顺利开展,因此有必要及时检测和控制边坡开挖后的偏差。文章在详细分析了传统边坡开挖质量控制缺陷的基础上,对快速采集开挖面参数及其预处理方法进行的研究分析,并提出了基于激光点云数据的实施质量分析与反馈方法,建立了实时控制指标计算模型。结果显示:该方法具有较强的实时性和较高的精准度,在提高高边坡开挖质量方面具有重要的现实意义。 Geological conditions,excavation technology and other factors have a more significant impact on the excavation face with high slopes, it is very easy to cause questions about over-or-under-excavation,half-porosity rate and flatness,leading to large deviations between slope excavation face quality and design requirements,and not conducive to development of the following construction next,therefore,it is necessary to detect the deviation timely and control it after excavation.On the basis of analyzing the defect of traditional slope excavation quality control in details,to collect quickly the parameters of excavation face and its pretreatment method were researched and analyzed in this paper,meanwhile,to put forward the implement quality analysis and feedback method based on laser point cloud data and establish the calculation model of real-time control index. The results show that the method has strong real-time and high accuracy,and has important practical significance in improving the quality of high slope excavation.
