学前教师教育机构分类管理的制度构架--基于中美比较的视角

摘要 学前教师教育机构作为资源整合平台,将培养学前教师的师资、内容、方法、手段等要素整合起来,担负着培养不同类型和层次学前教师的重要任务,机构的改革、调整以及运行方式的创新,都直接影响着学前教育教师的培养质量。将专科与本科层次的中美学前教师教育机构体系、机构分类管理进行比较分析,为了完善我国学前教师教育机构分类管理体制,建议构建分工协调、有序竞争的共生型学前教师教育机构体系;探索建立以非营利性与营利性为标准的分类管理模式。 As an integration platform of resource such as teachers,contents,methods and means,the early childhood teacher education institutions are charged with the important task of cultivating teachers of different types and levels.The reform and adjustment of institutions and innovation of operating mechanism have a direct impact on the training quality of early childhood teachers.The study makes a comparative analysis on the early childhood teacher education institutions between China and kthe US in term of institutional systems and classified management.To improve the classified management system of early childhood teacher education institutions in China,it is proposed that a symbiotic institution system be constructed with coordinated division of labor and orderly competition,and a classified management model be exploratory established based on the standard of not-for-profit and for-profit.
