摘要 本文针对冷轧产品生产过程中存在的横向厚差、孔洞和全板平直度缺陷,提出了基于机器视觉的薄板测厚仪、表面孔洞在线检测装置和薄板不平度测量仪的系统集成方案,用以解决带材高速生产过程中关键质量特性数据采集、表面质量即时判定和自动分级评价等问题,进一步满足冷轧产品缺陷的在线检出和快速分级的质量控制要求,降低人员劳动强度,实现冷轧智能生产体系与质量判定体系的有机融合。 In view of the existing defects of cold rolling steel products in the process, such as the holes,the transverse thickness difference and the plate flatness, the paper puts forward to the systematic design of devices covering sheet thickness, surface hole line detection and sheet roughness measuring based on the machine vision, to solve a series of problems including key quality characteristics process of data acquisition, real-time identification and automatic classification of surface quality evaluation of cold-rolled strip material in the high-speed production, which can also further meet the requirements of quality control of online product defects of cold continuous and efficient production conditions for the detection and classification. Eventually all these achieve the organic integration of intelligent system in cold rolling production and quality judgment system. The system has been running on the line of a number of cold rolling production lines, to fill the gaps in the domestic field of technology.
