搅拌及混合是磷化工生产重要的工艺过程单元,在磷化工生产中起着重要的作用,是常规容器物料反应完全与否的关键。搅拌器不同振动故障的解决方式也有差别,除常规的修复和加固外,本文从改善支撑结构和优化物料搅拌强度两个方面着手,探索了一套有效的解决方案,在实际使用中起到了很好的效果。

Stirring and mixing are important chemical process units in chemical production. They play an important role in chemical production and are the key to the complete reaction of conventional container materials. There are many ways to solve the vibration malfunction of the agitator. In addition to the conventional repair and reinforcement, this paper provides a new solution from the perspective of improving the support structure and optimizing the material mixing strength. The solution works well in practice.
