摘要
目的检测我国军人日常心率变异性(heart rate variability,HRV)水平,分析其变化规律和特征,为提高部队健康保障提供科学依据。方法将256名基层官兵根据年龄分为3组,利用心率变异分析仪采集5 min心电信号,分析比较HRV指标:全部窦性心搏RR间期标准差(standard deviation of all NN intervals,SDNN)、总功率(total power,TP)、低频功率(low frequency,LF)、高频功率(high frequency,HF)、低频功率与高频功率的比值(LF/HF)。结果经统计学分析发现,<20岁组与20~29岁组各指标的差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05);而30~39岁组SDNN、TP、LF降低,HF、LF/HF升高(P <0. 05)。进一步与非军事人群比较,结果显示,<20岁组官兵的SDNN和LF/HF低于正常参考值(P <0. 05);而20~29岁组官兵SDNN、TP、LF、HF较正常参考值有不同程度的升高(P <0. 05); 30~39岁组官兵LF高于正常参考值(P <0. 01)。结论了解了我军基层官兵的HRV水平和变化规律,发现不同年龄段官兵的HRV特征各不相同,应建立更细致、更有针对性的健康保障措施。
Objective To explore the level and regularity of heart rate variability( HRV) in Chinese armymen and improve their health care. Methods A total of 256 armymen were divided into three groups according to their age. An HRV analyzer was used to collect 5 min ECG before HRV parameters were analyzed and compared,including standard deviation of all NN intervals( SDNN),total power( TP),low frequency( LF),high frequency( HF),and LF/HF. Results HRV parameters were not significantly different between the two groups of < 20 years and 20-29 years( P > 0. 05).SDNN,TP and LF were decreased,while HF and LF/HF were increased in 30-39 year-old group compared with the other two groups( P < 0. 05). Furthermore,the levels of SDNN and LF/HF in < 20 year-old group were lower than normal values( P < 0. 05). However,the levels of SDNN,TP,LF and HF were all higher in 20-29 year-old group than normal values( P < 0. 05). In 30-39 year-old group,the LF level was higher than the normal value( P < 0. 05). Conclusion In this study,data has been collected on the level and characteristics of HRV in Chinese armymen. More detailed and targeted health care measures should be taken.
