战术战伤救治是美军制定并投入实战的先进创伤管理指南,是实战化背景下,新型军事卫勤人员必须了解和掌握的战创伤处理原则和方法。海军军医大学聚焦我军医护人员战伤救治能力培养需要,举办战术战伤救治演练与考核。考核聚焦实战,围绕战术战伤救治理念进行科目设置,以培养和检验学员实战救治综合能力。该文介绍了此次考核的组训流程及科目设置,总结特点、分析存在问题并结合实践探讨经验。

Tactical combat casualty care( TCCC) is an advanced guide to trauma management developed and put into practice by the U. S. military. It is a series of combat casualty treatment principles and methods that must be learned and mastered by the new type of combat medics in the context of actual combat. The Naval Military Medical University carried out military medical tactical war injury rescue drills and examinations that focused on the needs of the medical personnel of the PLA in the care of war wounds. The examinations emphasizes closeness to actual combat,and subjects are set up around the concept of tactical combat casualty care to train and test the comprehensive ability of actual rescue of trainees. This article describes the training process and the subject setting of this assessment,summarizes the characteristics of the game,analyzes the problems,and discusses the experience learaed from the assessment.
