The Analysis of Emergency Medical Service and Quality Safety of Guangdong in 2017

目的:分析广东省2017年急诊医疗服务与质量安全情况。方法:通过对全省共379家二级、三级医院以及民营医院进行急诊医疗质量数据调查,并分析2017年全省医疗质量情况。结果:所有数据共入选162家医院,其中委属委管医院共5家,三级医院共68家,二级医院共76家,民营医院13家。填报数据完整度达到99.38%。广东省各级医院年接诊患者比2016年有所减少,但仍高于全国平均数。委属委管医院以及三级医院监护床位比明显低于2016年。EICU设置情况与全国相近。来诊患者仍以非急诊患者为主,占用急诊资源。委属委管医院抢救室患者平均滞留时间与2016年比较明显延长。委属委管及三级医院抗生素使用率明显低于2016年。抢救室患者死亡率比2016年明显上升。心脏骤停患者自主循环恢复率较2016年有下滑趋势。委属委管及三级医院中毒患者数少于全国平均数。各级医院患者单次就诊总费用较2016年增加,委属委管医院及三级医院患者均次检查费、药费均低于全国水平。结论:全省急诊医疗服务质量相对稳定,继续加强急诊建设。

Objective: To analyze theemergency medical service and quality safety of Guangdong in 2017. Methods: 379 hospitals including tertiary, secondary and private hospitals were investigated about the data of medical ser-vice and quality safety. Results: 162 hospitals were included in the study. There were 5 deployed hospitals, 68 tertiaryhospitasl, 76 secondary hospitals and 13 private hospitals. Filling in data was 99.38%. Annual number of patients in thisyear decreased compared with 2016. However, it was still exceed in Guangdong compared to that of national level. Inten-sive care beds of deployed and tertiary hospitals in 2017 were much lower than that in 2016. The development of EICU inGuangdong was comparable to national level. Non emergency patients were still the main patients who occupied emergen-cy resources. The average residence time of patients in resuscitation room of the deployed hospitals in 2017 were longerthan that in 2016. The Antibiotic usage rate in 2017 was lower than in 2016. The mortality of patients in resuscitationroom in 2017 was higher than that in 2016. The rate of restoration of spontaneous circulation in 2017 was lower than thatin 2016. Poisoning patients in deployed and tertiary hospitals were less than the national level. The total expenses of ex-penses for medicine and examination fees were lower than the national level. Conclusion: The quality of emergency medi-cal service of the whole province is relatively stable, emergency construction needed to be strengthened
