Professor ZHENG Qizhong's Experience in Treating Anorexia in Children by Using Shugan Leshi Soup

[目的]总结郑启仲教授运用疏肝乐食汤治疗肝脾不调型小儿厌食症经验。[方法]分析郑师对小儿厌食症病因病机的认识,阐述"疏肝解郁,醒脾快胃"法在临床实践中的运用依据,分析经验方疏肝乐食汤组成、方义及功用,并附临床案例加以验证。[结果]郑师认为"肝郁于脾,胃纳失司"是厌食症的主要病机之一,小儿少阳之体肝常有余,所欲不遂,情志不舒,导致肝郁气滞,肝木克土,土失健运,胃纳失司。针对其病因病机,采用"疏肝解郁,醒脾快胃"治疗之法,创"疏肝乐食汤"治疗本病,切中病机,取得满意的临床疗效。所举食欲不振和反复厌食两则验案均符合疏肝乐食汤病机,以之加减,均取得了较好的效果。[结论]郑师运用疏肝乐食汤治疗肝脾不调型小儿厌食症疗效确切,值得进一步推广应用。

[Objective]To summarize the experience of Professor ZHENG Qizhong’s clinical experience in treating infantile anorexia with liver and spleen disorder type by using Shugan Leshi Soup. [Method]The paper analyzes the etiology and pathogenesis of infantile anorexia and describes the criteria of dispersing stagnated liver Qi for relieving Qi stagnation,invigorating spleen and stomach in clinical application. We analyze the component,meaning and function of empirical prescription called Shugan Leshi Soup then give clinical cases to verify.[Results]In the Professor ZHENG Qizhong’s view, one of the main pathogenesis of anorexia is stagnation of liver and spleen disorder, gastric dysfunction. Children often the have body of the Shaoyang, and their liver often surplus, desire to fail, emotional unhappiness, leading to stagnation of liver Qi, liver-wood restraining earth, soil loss of healthy transportation,gastric dysfunction. According to its etiology and pathogenesis, Professor ZHENG adopts the method of dispersing stagnated liver Qi for relieving Qi stagnation, invigorating spleen and stomach and the experienced prescription of Shugan Leshi Soup to treat the disease. This method is consistent with the pathology of the disease and is also helpful for the overall recovery of children’s spleen and stomach function. [Conclusion]The Shugan Leshi Soup is effective in treating infantile anorexia of the syndrome of liver and spleen disorder and is worth learning and imitating.
