乌鲁木齐市初高中生健康危险行为调查及其影响因素分析

Study on the health risk behavior of high school students in Urumqi and its influencing factors

目的对乌鲁木齐市区初、高中学生健康危险行为进行调查,并探讨其影响因素。方法对2150名6所乌鲁木齐市中学初高中学生进行健康危险行为调查,统计在校初、高中生健康危险行为发生率及分布情况,并采用非条件Logistic回归分析法分析各维度健康危险行为的影响因素。结果乌鲁木齐市在校初、高中生的不健康饮食行为(26.33%)、锻炼行为(45.58%)、物质成瘾行为(30.30%)、精神成瘾行为(34.69%)发生率均超过20%,且存在性别(男生高于女生)、民族(少数民族均低于汉族)差异(P<0.05),但故意伤害行为、意外伤害行为、不安全性行为,少数民族均高于汉族(P <0.05)。抑郁是在校初、高中生健康饮食行为(OR=2.750)、健康锻炼行为(OR=1.094)、故意伤害行为(OR=1.497)、精神成瘾行为(OR=2.746)、物质成瘾行为(OR=2.815)、良好性行为(OR=3.571)的共同影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论乌鲁木齐市区在校初、高中学生不健康饮食行为、伤害行为、精神成瘾行为和物质成瘾行为发生率较高,且存在性别、民族差异性,抑郁是其健康危险行为的危险因素,应给予高度重视。

Objective Investigate the health risk behaviors of primary and high school students in Urumqi urban area and explore the influencing factors. Methods the health risk behavior of 2150 middle school students in six Urumqi middle schools was investigated. The incidence and distribution of health risk behavior of the early and high school students were analyzed, and the factors affecting the health risk behavior of each dimension were analyzed by the unconditional logistic regression analysis. Results The incidence of unhealthy eating behavior(26. 33%),exercise behavior(45. 58%),substance addiction behavior(30. 30%) and mental addiction behavior(34. 69%) in Urumqi were more than 20%, and there were gender( boys higher than girls) and ethnic groups(P <0. 05), but intentional injury behavior. The incidence of unintentional injury and unsafe sex was higher than that of Han nationality( P < 0. 05). Depression was the common influence factor( P < 0. 05) on healthy eating behavior( OR = 2. 750), healthy exercise behavior( OR = 1. 094), intentional injury behavior( OR = 1. 497), mental addiction behavior( OR = 2. 746), substance addiction behavior( OR = 2. 815)and good sexual behavior( OR = 3. 571) in the early and high school students. Conclusion The incidence of unhealthy eating behavior, injurious behavior, mental addiction and material addiction is high in the primary and middle school students in Urumqi City, and there is gender and national difference, and depression is the health risk. A high degree of attention should be given to the risk factors of behavior.
