青少年手机依赖心理和运动干预效果的Meta分析

Psychological and physical intervention to mobile phone dependence among adolescents:a Meta analysis

目的系统评价心理和运动干预治疗青少年手机依赖的效果,为有效控制和改善青少年网络依赖提供依据。方法计算机检索PubMed、CNKI、Wanfangdata数据库,检索时间从建库至2017年4月,查找心理干预和运动干预青少年手机依赖的所有对照试验研究,最终纳入10篇随机对照试验,其中7篇心理干预研究,3篇运动干预研究。采用Stata 11.0软件进行Meta分析。结果与对照组相比,心理干预组手机依赖患者的手机依赖评分显著降低(SMD=-2.00, 95%CI:-3.14～-0.85, P<0.05; I^2=93.80%)。同时,心理干预能显著降低戒断性、突显性、社交安抚、焦虑和抑郁5个因子分数。而与对照组相比,运动干预组手机依赖评分没有显著降低(SMD=-1.91, 95%CI:-4.35～0.53, P=0.26; I^2=96.70%)。结论心理干预治疗青少年手机依赖有较好的效果,可以增强手机依赖青少年的社会交往能力,改善抑郁与焦虑症状。

Objective To systematically evaluate the effect of psychological and physical intervention to mobile phone dependence among adolescents. Methods PubMed, CNKI, and Wanfang data were searched to collect all controlled trail group counseling to mobile phone dependence of adolescents from the establishment dates to April, 2017. A total of 10 articles were found involving 7 articles investigated in psychological intervention and 3 articles investigated in physical intervention. Then Meta-analysis was performed using Stata 11.0 Software. Results The results of Meta-analysis showed that the effect of psychological intervention on mobile phone dependence was significant(SMD =-2. 00,95% CI:-3. 14 ^-0. 85,P < 0. 05;I^2=93. 80%). Meanwhile, psychological intervention could significantly reduce the factor scores of withdrawal,prominence, social comfort, anxiety and depression. Compared with control group, mobile phone dependence scores in physical intervention group did not significantly reduce(SMD =-1.91, 95% CI:-4.35~0.53,P=0.26;I^2=96.70%). Conclusion Current evidence indicates that psychological intervention on mobile phone dependence of adolescents has good effect. It can enhance mobile phone dependence adolescent social communication ability and improve their depression and anxiety symptoms.
