“嵌入性”理论视野下地方公安院校人才培养路径

The Paths of the Talent Training of Local Police Colleges from the Perspectives of the “Embedding” Theory

"嵌入性"理论认为,经济活动融于具体的社会网络、政治构架、文化传统和制度基础之中,任何社会行动都是在具体的社会结构中做出选择,受社会环境的制约和影响。"嵌入性"与"应用型"具有高度的理论耦合性,为当下地方公安院校应用型警务人才培养的政策转型提供了一个理论解释和分析框架。地方公安院校警务人才培养模式改革应走出"象牙塔",主动嵌入社会结构和社会网络之中,通过政治嵌入、认知嵌入、关系嵌入、结构嵌入、业务嵌入和技术嵌入等多重"嵌入性"推进应用型警务人才培养的改革与发展。

The"Embedded"theory holds that economic activities are integrated into specific social networks,political frameworks,cultural traditions and institutional foundations,and that any social action is a choice made in specific social structures,restricted and influenced by social environment.The"Embedded"and the"Applied"have a high degree of theoretical coupling,which provides a theoretical explanation and analysis framework for the policy transformation of training applied police talents in local police colleges.The reform of police personnel training mode in local police colleges should go out of the"ivory tower"and be actively embedded into the social structure and social network.The reform and development of practical police personnel training should be promoted through multiple"embedded"demensions such as politics,cognition,relation,structure,business and technique.
