摘要
为了解我国的阻尼器技术发展状况,本文以我国阻尼器专利为研究对象,采用专利分析的方法对该领域的专利发展趋势、类型、法律状态、地域分布、申请人排名、技术分类及其关键专利等方面进行了分析研究。研究结果表明,虽然我国在阻尼器技术及专利申请方面有了较大幅度的提高,但仍存在整体质量偏低、发明专利占比较少、区域发展不平衡等情况。对此,应加大产学研投人,以提出更优的阻尼器结构及施工方案来提高我国的防灾减灾整体水平。
In order to understand the development situation of China's damper technology,the developing trend,type,legal status, geographical distribution,applicant's ranking,technical classification,and key patents etc.arc analytical researched based on research objet of Chinese damper patents using patent analysis method.The research results indicate that,although there has been a substantial increase in dampers technology and patent applications in China,there are still some problems such as low quality overall, low proportion of invention patents and unbalanced regional development etc.In this regard,investment in industry-university-research should be increased in order to propose a better damper structure and construction programs to improve China's overall disaster prevention and mitigation level.
