在各国优化能源消费行为和改进能源效率的过程中,能源效率鸿沟问题日益凸显。通过对近年能源效率鸿沟研究的系统梳理,尝试对能源效率鸿沟进行综述性探讨:首先阐明了不同理论体系下能源效率鸿沟概念的本质特征,在此基础上,归纳总结了影响能源效率鸿沟的重要因素,并对跨越能源效率鸿沟的对策进行了系统的归类和阐释,最后,对未来相关的研究重点和研究方向予以展望,从而帮助弥合科学、知识和决策之间的差距。

In the process of optimizing energy consumption behavior and improving energy efficiency in various countries,the problem of energy efficiency gap has become increasingly prominent.This paper attempts to review the energy efficiency gap by combing the energy efficiency gap research systematically in recent years.Firstly,the essential characteristics of the concept of energy efficiency gap under different theoretical systems was expounded.On this basis,the important factors affecting the energy efficiency gap were summarized,and the countermeasures to cross the energy efficiency gap were classified and ex- plained systematically.Finally,the future research focus and direction were prospected to help bridge the gap between science,knowledge and decision-making.
