资源型城市竞争力研究是了解城市综合能力强弱,探究未来发展走势的主要视角,通过耗散结构演化分析,可以探寻影响城市竞争力提升的涨落因子,明确城市可持续发展的核心动力,研究表明:涨落因子的作用,驱动资源型城市打破原资源锁定状态,通过涨落因子引发系统突变,进而转向新的稳定有序,实现竞争力提升,路径表现为产业延伸—递进—优化路径,生态破坏防范—治理—循环路径和科技组织—培育—扩散路径。

The research on the competitiveness of resource-based cities is the main perspective to understand the strength and weakness of the comprehensive capacity of cities and explore the future development trend.Through the analysis of the evolution of dissipative structure,the fluctuation factors that affect the improvement of city competitiveness can be explored,and core driving force can be clarified for city sustainable development.The research showed that the role of the fluctuation factor drove the resource-based city to break the locked state of the original resource,triggered the system mutation through the fluctuation factor,and then turn to a new stable order to achieve the competitiveness improvement.The path were represented by industrial extension-progressive-optimized,ecological damage prevention-governance-circular and scientific organization-cultivation-diffusion.
