摘要
本文从系统论的观点出发,将教育治理系统作为一个自主可控的生态系统,其中包括"管""办""评"三个生态子系统;运用大数据治理思维,进行教育数据治理的系统设计,阐明系统内数据流的运行机理。本文针对教育数据治理存在的现实困难,提出建设教育数据治理平台的系统结构,深入分析数据治理系统内各治理主体如何采集子系统数据并对数据进行存储分析,从而实现子系统内数据流的整合与有效流动。通过各子系统内和系统间大数据流的灵活集成,进行基于大数据的深度分析,可以实现教育决策的调适与改进,提升教育治理成效。
From the perspective of system theory,this paper regards the education governance system as an autonomous and controllable ecosystem,including three ecological subsystems:"management","practice" and "evaluation".Based on the big data governance thinking,the system design of educational data governance is carried out and the operational mechanism of data stream in the system is clarified.Aiming at the practical difficulties in the governance of educational data,this paper proposes the system structure for building educational data governance platform,and deeply analyzes how the governance subjects collect subsystem data and store and analyze the data in the data governance system to realize the integration and the effective flow of data stream in the subsystem.Through the flexible integration of big data streams within each subsystem and between systems,the deep analysis based on big data is performed to realize the adjustment and improvement of educational decision-making and improve the educational governance effectiveness.
