阶层视角下的职业教育现代化:基于教育再生产的分析

Modernization of Vocational Education from the Perspective of Class:An analysis of Educational reproduction

现代化的一个重要内容是社会阶层结构的现代化。职业教育通过参与产业工人阶层的生产,从而对社会阶层结构产生影响。历史地来看,在由计划经济向市场经济转变的过程中,产业工人队伍的构成主体经历了由城镇户口居民到农村户口居民转变的过程,换言之,即是传统产业工人向新产业工人的转变。基于再生产理论的视角,职业教育以地位教育的逻辑服务于传统产业工人阶层的生产,而以生存教育的逻辑促进了新产业工人阶层的生产。结论认为,实现社会公平与正义是现代化的根本价值取向,在阶层视角下,职业教育现代化的应然方向是由阶层再生产转变为促进社会弱势阶层的向上流动。

An important part of modernization is the modernization of the social class structure.Vocational education affects the structure of social classes by participating in the production of industrial workers.Historically,in the process of transition from a planned economy to a market economy,the main body of the industrial workers experienced the transition from urban hukou residents to rural hukou residents.In other words,it is the transformation of traditional industrial workers into new industrial workers.Based on the perspective of reproduction theory,vocational education serves the production of the traditional industrial workers in the logic of status education,while the logic of survival education promotes the production of the new industrial workers.The conclusion is that realizing social fairness and justice is the fundamental value orientation of modernization.From the perspective of class,the direction of modernization of vocational education is to change from stratum reproduction to promoting the upward mobility of socially disadvantaged classes.
