Comparative Analysis on the Price of Omeprazole(Tablet) in Six Provinces of China

目的:研究我国六个省份的奥美拉唑价格,为理顺我国药品招标采购价格提出合理性建议。方法:对比分析法。结果:各省份质量层次划分依据不合理,进口与国产药价格差距过大,招标采购价与零售价差距不合理。结论:在全国范围内推行统一、合理的质量层次划分依据,加快推进仿制药一致性评价;对于零售价格与招标价格相差较大的企业,应调查其差距原因,并根据实情实行相应的管理措施。

Objective: To study the price of omeprazole(tablets) in 6 provinces where quality was stratified, and to put forward reasonable suggestions for promoting rationalization of the procurement price of the medicine in China. Methods:The comparative analysis method was used. Results: The division of quality levels in local provinces was irrational;the price difference between imported and domestically produced medicines was too large and the price of imported drugs was too high;the gap between the bid purchase price and the retail price gap was unreasonable. Conclusion: It needed to implement a unified and reasonable basis for dividing quality levels across the country;accelerate the evaluation of conformity of generic drugs. For enterprises with large differences in retail prices and bidding prices, it needed to investigate the causes of the gaps and implement corresponding management measures based on the actual situation.
