摘要
以Cu_2O/氧化石墨烯(Cu_2O/GO)为模板,经过水热,蚀刻及煅烧处理合成了三维石墨烯包裹的钴酸铜空心球(3DGW/CuCo_2O_4)复合材料,并对复合材料进行了物相、形貌、价态和电化学性能分析。结果表明,三维石墨烯作为载体包裹了直径约为500 nm的CuCo_2O_4空心球。独特的三维石墨烯结构使复合材料具有较低的电荷转移电阻和优异的电化学性能。将3DGW/CuCo_2O_4复合物用于非酶葡萄糖传感器检测,在浓度范围为0-0.7μM,灵敏度为2265μA·mM^(-1)·cm^(-2);在浓度范围为0.7-2.3μM,灵敏度为1337.7μA·mM^(-1)·cm^(-2)。
A composite made of 3D graphene-wrapped copper cobaltite hollow spheres(3DGW/CuCo2O4)was synthesized through a hydrothermal method,etching,and subsequent calcination with Cu2O/graphene oxide(Cu2O/GO)as a template.The phase,morphology,valence and electrochemical properties of the composite were investigated.The results show that CuCo2O4 hollow spheres with a diameter of about 500 nm are wrapped by the 3D graphene as a carrier.The unique 3D graphene structure enables the composite to have chargetransfer resistance and superior electrochemical properties.When the 3DGW/CuCo2O4 composite was used for non-enzymatic glucose sensor detection,it reached the sensitivity of 2265μA?mM^-1·cm^-2 within the glucose concentration range of 0-0.7μM,and 1337.7μA?mM^-1·cm^-2 in the glucose concentration range of 0.7-2.3μM.
