The Interaction and Synergy between Ceramic Entrepreneurial Talents and New Ceramic Industry

近年来,产业研究开始逐渐转向探索其转型升级,而创业人才在新兴产业发展中的作用开始被高度关注,特别是人才与产业的互动协同更是当前的研究热点之一。本研究以陶瓷产业为研究对象,分析陶瓷创业人才的培育与产业发展,探索新兴陶瓷产业对创业人才的依赖性,研究了陶瓷创业人才与新兴陶瓷产业的互动逻辑与机理。

In recent years, industrial research has gradually turned to explore enterprise transformation and upgrading, and the role of entrepreneurial talents in the development of emerging industries has been highly concerned, with especially the interaction and synergy between talent and industry as one of the current research hotspots. This study takes ceramic industry as the research object, analyzes its development and the cultivation and of ceramic entrepreneurial talents, explores the dependence of new ceramic industry on entrepreneurial talents, and studies the interactive logic and mechanism between ceramic entrepreneurial talents and emerging ceramic industry.
