城市化与生态环境非协调性耦合关系识别研究

Study on the identification of non-coordinated coupling relationship between urbanization and ecological environment

以辽宁省1996—2015年的城市化与生态环境协调耦合关系为研究对象,构建城市化与生态环境评价指标体系,依据判定标准对其进行识别.结果表明:①城市化和生态环境水平都有大幅度的增长,尤其是生态环境水平实现了跨越式增长;②城市化与生态环境的协调耦合关系具有明显的阶段性特征,经历了低水平耦合、拮抗阶段和磨合阶段,在1996—2008年处于磨合非协调耦合阶段,在2009—2015年处于拮抗非协调耦合阶段.由此表明辽宁省在推进城市化进程中,生态环境破坏比较严重,给生产生活带来严重的损失.虽然近期城市化与生态环境协调耦合关系开始向好,但离高水平的协调耦合关系仍任重而道远.最后讨论了非协调性关系的形成机制.

The authors took coupling relationship between urbanization and ecological environment in Liaoning Province from 1996 to 2015 as the research object.It constructed the evaluation index system about urbanization and ecological environment and identified it according to the criterion.The results showed that:①the levels of urbanization and ecological environment were improved greatly,in particular,the level of ecological environment was improved rapidly;②the non-coordinated coupling relationship between urbanization and ecological environment was endowed with obvious periodicity including the low-level coupling stage,the antagonistic stage and the break-in stage.From 1996 to 2008,it was always at the break-in non-coordinated coupling stage.From 2009 to 2015,it was at the antagonistic non-coordinated coupling stage.Thus,it showed that in the process of urbanization in Liaoning Province,the destruction on ecological environment was relatively serious,resulting in serious losses to production and life.Although the conforming coupling relationship between urbanization and ecological environment began to get better and better recently,it is still very difficult to realize the high-level conforming coupling relationship. Finally,the nonconforming relation formation mechanism was discussed.
