摘要 文章通过Pro/TOOLKIT开发工具对Pro/Engineer三维软件进行二次开发,系统研究Pro/TOOLKIT的开发原理、过程及实现的关键技术,阐述了轴箱弹簧参数化的设计方法,实现轴箱弹簧参数化设计。设计人员在开发出的人机交互界面输入设计参数,即可得到优化的三维模型和结构参数。文章涉及的二次开发完善了Pro/Engineer功能,极大提高了铁道机车轴箱弹簧的设计效率。 In this paper, Pro/TOOLKIT development tools are used for secondary development of Pro/Engineer software. This article makes systematic research on principles, processes and key technologies of Pro/TOOLKIT and elaborates the methods of the design of axle box spring parameterization, and achieves axle box spring parameters design. Designers can obtain optimized 3 D models and structural parameters by entering design parameters from the man-machine interaction. The secondary development involved in this article improves the Pro/Engineer function and greatly improves the design efficiency of the axle box spring of the railway locomotive.
