摘要
目前机车项目普遍采用三点吊挂式制动装置,文章针对三点吊挂式制动装置安装座尺寸超差的惯性质量问题,详细阐述了安装座的结构、加工及组焊方式,并从工装定位基准优化、焊接变形控制等方面对组焊工艺进行改进。
The three-point hanging brake device is widely used in the locomotive project at present. Aiming at the inertial quality problem of the oversize of mounting seat for three-point hanging brake device, this paper describes in detail the structure, processing and welding mode of the mounting seat. The welding technology is improved from the tooling positioning optimization, welding deformation control and so on.
