双叉式叶尖结构风力发电机的设计与外特性分析 被引量:1

摘要 采用Wilson设计法,选择NACA4412翼型,应用MATLAB软件设计了300 W双叉式叶尖结构风力发电机。应用Profili软件生成风力发电机叶片截面,应用Unigraphics软件进行三维建模,并通过三维加工设备进行叶片制作。在B1/K2型低速直流风洞中进行双叉式叶尖结构风力发电机的外特性测试,与未改型叶尖结构风力发电机进行对比,表明双叉式在6 m/s、8 m/s、10 m/s三种来流风速下输出功率依次提高14.15%、4.60%、6.84%,确认叶尖结构具有良好的气动性能。 By adopting Wilson design method and selecting NACA4412 airfoil, a 300 W wind turbine with bifurcated blade tip structure was designed based on the application of MATLAB software. The Profili software was used to generate the blade section of the wind turbine, the Unigraphics software was used for 3D modeling, and the blade was fabricated by 3D processing equipment. The external characteristics of the wind turbine with bifurcated blade tip structure were tested in a B1/K2 low-speed straight-through wind tunnel. Compared with the unmodified blade tip structure, it shows that the output power of the bifurcated blade tip increases by 14.15%, 4.60% and 6.84%, respectively, under three upper stream wind speeds of 6 m/s, 8 m/s and 10 m/s, and it confirms that this tip structure has good aerodynamic performance.
