摘要
根据凸轮机构反转设计方法的原理,在已知凸轮从动件运动规律的条件下,利用Creo软件的机构模块,建立凸轮机构运动学反转模型。根据反转运动获得满足运动规律的凸轮轮廓曲线,并利用这一曲线直接建立凸轮的三维模型,最终得到凸轮机构。对于通过反转设计方法得到的凸轮机构,利用Creo软件建立实际运动学三维模型,进行运动仿真,进而验证反转设计方法的正确性。
According to the principle of the inversion design method for cam mechanism, the kinematics inversion model of the cam mechanism was established by using the mechanism module of Creo software provided that the motion law of the cam follower was given. According to the inversion motion, a cam contour curve that satisfied the motion law was obtained, and the 3D model of the cam was directly established by using the curve, and finally the cam mechanism was obtained. Based on the cam mechanism obtained by the inversion design method, the actual kinematics 3D model was established by using the Creo software, and the motion simulation was carried out to verify the correctness of the inversion design method.
