摘要
连续油管在作业过程中,由于承受拉伸、压缩、弯曲等复杂应力,断裂在油层套管中的情况时有发生,这会引起作业失效,影响油气正常生产。针对现有打捞工具卡不紧和不可退的缺点,设计了一种新型双卡瓦可退式连续油管打捞工具。应用有限元分析软件对内卡瓦进行了数值分析,验证了结构的合理性。这一工具整体采用流体驱动叶轮,由内外卡瓦联合作用,结构简单,液压控制可靠,对各种待打捞工具的适应性强,可以在提升打捞效率的同时大大降低作业成本。
During job procedure of the continuous reeled tubing, due to the complex stresses such as tensile, compression and bending, the fracture occurs occasionally in the production casing, which may cause the operation failure and affect the normal oil/gas production. Aiming at the shortcomings of the existing fishing tool i.e. loose-chucking and the non-retractable features, a new double-Kava retractable fishing tool for continuous reeled tubing was designed. The numerical analysis of the internal Kava was carried out by using the finite element analysis software to verify the rationality of the structure. The entire tool adopts a fluid-driven impeller with combined action from internal Kava and external Kava, it features a simple structure, reliable hydraulic control, and is highly adaptable to various tools to be salvaged. It can greatly reduce the operating cost while improving the fishing efficiency.
