以除尘设备项目管理为研究对象,分析了关键链的适用性。通过应用实例,验证了关键链法及其核心约束理论,确认在工程节点多、复杂多变的除尘设备项目中,关键链法所具有的优势。

Taking the project management of de-dusting equipment as the research object, the applicability of the critical chain was analyzed. Through the application examples, the key chain method and its core constraint theory were verified, and the advantages of the key chain method were confirmed in the complicated & multivariate de-dusting equipment projects with multiple engineering node points.
