西藏玉龙铜矿一选厂选矿流程改造与生产实践 被引量:3

Reformation and Production Practice of the Beneficiation Process in the No.1 Concentrator of Yulong Copper Mine in Tibet

摘要 玉龙铜矿随着矿山的不断开采,原矿性质较之前发生明显的变化,原工艺流程已不再适应所开采的矿石的性质。矿山选厂原工艺采用混合浮选流程,铜粗选4次后进行混合精选,粗精矿再磨后精选3次后得到合格的铜精矿。原浮选工艺流程较为复杂,对难选铜硫矿石较为有利,对易选的斑岩型铜矿选别不利。为此在保留原工艺的基础上,利用闲置的浮选机改为"一粗两扫一精"的工艺流程,新工艺流程较短,对斑岩矿的选别有利。新工艺在降本增效方面效益显著,在原矿Cu品位降低了0.56个百分点的情况下,回收率提高了6.47个百分点,同时每年可降低选矿成本360余万元。 With the continuous mining of Yulong Copper Mine,the properties of the original ore have changed significantly,and the original technological process is no longer suitable for the properties of the ore.Mixed flotation process was used in the original process of the mine concentrator.A mixed copper concentration was carried out after four-times roughing flotations,and the qualified copper concentrate would be obtained after regrinding and three concentrations on rough concentrate.The original flotation process was complex,which was beneficial to refractory copper and sulphur ores rather than porphyry copper ores.Therefore,on the basis of retaining the original process,the idle flotation machine was replaced by the process of one-stage roughing,two-stage cleaning and one-stage scavenging.The new process was shorter,which was beneficial to the separation of porphyry ore.And the new process had remarkable benefits in reducing cost and increasing efficiency.With the reduction of copper grade by 0.56 percentage points,the recovery rate was increased by 6.47 percentage points,and the cost of ore dressing could be reduced by more than 3.6 million yuan annually.
